"Fellowship of Holy Hip Hop and Sonshine Music Festival Form Strategic Alliance To Provide Performance Opportunities For Holy Hip Hop Emcees"

Atlanta/Chicago. November 24, 2008. Fellowship of Holy Hip Hop (host of Annual Holy Hip Hop Awards) and Sonshine Music Festival announced today that they have entered into a strategic alliance. The terms of the strategic alliance provide generally that: (1) Fellowship of Holy Hip Hop will exclusively manage: (a) submissions of Holy Hip Hop genre artists for performance stage consideration at the annual Sonshine Music Festival (Friday, July 17, 2009 and Saturday, July 18, 2009), as well as (b) all Holy Hip Hop Emcees' stage times and performances; and (2) Fellowship of Holy Hip Hop and the Sonshine Music Festival will provide invaluable media and marketing exposure for each other within and throughout their respective platforms.
About Sonshine Music Festival:
In 1981 Bob Poe, a local youth pastor in Willmar, MN, rallied a group
of interested people to discuss a possible summer musical event for
teenagers. A portion of this group became the steering committee for
SONSHINE 1982. Sonshine 1982 drew 1800 attendees to hear Sweet Comfort
Band, The Witty’s, Wally Hilgenberg, Sandi Patti, Rosey Greer, Russ Taff,
Ann Kiemel and Leon Patillo.
